I lead design projects across all facets of the business, from customer engagement touch points to internal projects. Instilling good practices of UX design at all stages.
A clear UX brief is the first deliverable of any project. This is closely followed by user flows. They help clarify in understanding the user's needs and motivations.

Wireframing is the start of the design process. Laying the foundation of visual design, user interface and user experience.
